When you fill out this form, you are agreeing to the terms below.

The Terms of this Agreement.

• I agree to give full rights for any use of the cover that I submitted to mj_thompson@awesomeauthors.org to BLVNP Incorporated
• I understand that If my cover is chosen, BLVNP Inc will give me full credit for the art work in the book “My Bestfriend’s Brother”.
• I understand that if my cover is chosen, that I should submit a Photoshop format of the cover I created to BLVNP Inc. Otherwise a different cover will be chosen for the book “My Bestfriend’s Brother” .
• I understand that BLVNP Inc. may use said cover for marketing purposes other than just on the book “My Bestfriend’s Brother”.
• I understand that I will receive no money for my art work. My sole compensation will be recognition within the book itself.
• I agree to protect and hold harmless Indemnities against BLVNP Inc. for any claim or any loss or liability arising from the use of the artwork which I submitted.
• I warranty that this artwork was created by me and that no copyrighted materials went into this art.
• I am surrendering all rights to this artwork to BLVNP Inc.
